Order Processing & Turnaround Times

DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Noon CST) ship same day

• Orders placed after noon ship the next business day

T-Shirts & Apparel

• Most apparel orders ship same day or next business day

• If an item needs to be ordered in, processing may take up to 5 business days

Shipping Methods

• We ship using UPS and USPS

• Shipping times vary based on location and carrier

• Next-day shipping and local delivery are not available

• In-store pickup is available

Free Shipping

• DTF orders over $149 qualify for free shipping

• Apparel orders over $1,000 qualify for free shipping

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that not all items are eligible for return.

Final Sale Items

• Custom items including DTF transfers, rhinestones, and custom transfers are final sale

• These items cannot be returned or exchanged

Blank Apparel

• Blank shirts are non-refundable

• Eligible for exchange or store credit only

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase

• A 10% restocking fee applies

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• Refunds or exchanges are processed after items are received and inspected

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
