Returns, Exchanges & Restocking Fees

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully, as certain items are not eligible for return.

Final Sale Items

All custom items, including DTF prints, rhinestones, and custom transfers, are final sale.
Because these items are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom products.

Blank Shirts

Blank shirts are non-refundable.
They may be eligible for an exchange or store credit only, subject to product availability and inspection upon return.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

Restocking Fee

Approved returns or exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the exchange value or store credit issued.

Return Process

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and reason for the request. 

Additional Information

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including cases where items were ordered incorrectly by customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Replacement or exchange items will be shipped at no cost only after we receive the incorrect item. Expedited replacements are available for an additional fee.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
