When selecting what size to chose for your printing job please see the pictures for assistance and then select the one that fits you need and size specification. 

Please use the longest size of your design to pick the best size for you to print for example. 11″ x 12″ please choose 12″ x 14″ and specify your size in the notes.

Order Processing & Turnaround Times

DTF Transfers & Gang Sheets

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Noon CST) ship same day

• Orders placed after noon ship the next business day

T-Shirts & Apparel

• Most apparel orders ship same day or next business day

• If an item needs to be ordered in, processing may take up to 5 business days

• We ship using UPS and USPS

• Shipping times vary based on location and carrier

• Next-day shipping and local delivery are not available

• In-store pickup is available

Free Shipping

• DTF orders over $149 qualify for free shipping

• Apparel orders over $1,000 qualify for free shipping

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that not all items are eligible for return.

• Custom items including DTF transfers, rhinestones, and custom transfers are final sale

• These items cannot be returned or exchanged

Blank Apparel

• Blank shirts are non-refundable

• Eligible for exchange or store credit only

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchase

• A 10% restocking fee applies

• Items must be unused and in original condition
